You will receive an email with a document that contains the
registration information that you provided along with an
invoice. Bring your signed registration document and
your payment to turn into the registration table at the rec.
center the first night of practice.
You may choose to
pay by check or credit card when you complete the on-line
registration. If you choose credit card, you will receive
an additional email: a PayPal Money Request. Simple follow the
link to the payment processing page on PayPal.com.
Please complete the payment prior to the registration dates.
PayPal will not share your credit card number with us.
You do not need to have an account with PayPal.

register on-line? Simple complete standard method below.

USA Swimming Registration - Required by USA Swimming
for members of MAKOS. - $58.00 per swimmer
Membership includes registration
card, swimmer insurance benefits and “USA-Swimming Splash”
Magazine subscription. This fee is non-refundable.
Family Deposit Account - $50.00 per family
Will be returned as a credited to your final payment.
Fundraising Fee - Makos does not have any additional required
fundraising dollar amount. Every family is required to
work our Mako Hosted Meets. Please see
Fundraising.
Miami Rec. Center Membership - NO
Membership is required!!
2. Payment Due dates:
Initial Payment - First night of practice ($0 for new swimmers)
Gold Group Only Payment - Sept 9th
(First payment for new Gold swimmers)
Second Payment - Oct. 14th
(First payment for new swimmer Silver - Bites)
Third Payment - Nov. 11th
Forth Payment - Dec. 8th
Makos is willing to work with your family if a different
payment schedule is needed.
3. Mako - Rec. Center Card
Each swimmer is given one card. This card is your
swimmer's pass to get through the rec. center security check
point to access the pool. Do not loose this card. A
$30.00 fee is charged for any lost cards. These cards will
be turned in at the end of the season to the Mako Lock Box.
4. Parking
It now required to have a RED Miami University parking pass to park in the two rec.
center lots. Miami DOES ticket! Please park on the
street or in the parking garage.
